Declaration:

1. You can sign up for Sanarp Lite Account for FREE (only for the first 200 Mybha hotels). No setup fee/ no annual/ subscription fee.

After the first 200 Mybha hotels sign up, there will be an annual subscription fee.

2. With this, you will get 3 staff accounts and unlimited guests usage.

3. With Sanarp Lite, Hotels will get - HRM, CRM, Tasks, Inspections, Contactless Form, Facilities (F&B, Amenities), Guest Issue Reporting/ Feedback, Retail e-commerce store

4. Paid features: if hotel wants more accounts or other services as bulk email/ sms marketing (part of the Sanarp platform 300 free emails are given), successful transaction fee of RM 1/2/3 for only retail products.
